The gears of this product are constructed using alloy steel. Further, precision machining, hardening and gear hobbing processes are also carried out. The gear case is also annealed. While using this pulley, the use should regularly lubricate the gear with a semi-liquid grease. Here, use of oil is not recommended as it can leak and there is an additional requirement of checking the oil levels.
