Manufacturing
Our manufacturers have installed latest CNC turning centres and CNC vertical machining centres to ensure precise machining. Besides, use of premium grade tools and skilled staff, who are regularly trained, allows them to deliver an impeccable range of products. Hardening and stress relieving processes are managed by our expert staff which increases the overall cost but guarantees quality of products.
Assembly & Testing
Assembly beds are used for the assembly process wherein tools speed up the process while assuring appropriate fitting of the equipment. Each assembly undergoes testing for free movement in accordance to the defined procedures and proceeds to the Testing Stage only after initial checks are completed.
Testing takes place at test beds which uses actual dead weights that are apt to check the equipment at required overload of 25%/50% as applied for electrical or manual goods-confirms the actual performance status of the hoist. Besides, testing is done in accordance to IS standards and other defined procedures and norms.
